This site  is not intended to get into specifics on incorporation, local bylaws or financial aspects of running a business.  There are many experts in these areas,  with a lot more knowledge than me.  My first recommendation to you is to seek their help but, only when when you need them.  Experts can get very expensive.  Remember, no one cares more about your money than you do!

While small and growing your financial resources are critical.  So don't waste money at the crucial startup stage of your business unless you have lots of money and intend to start, day one, with a fleet of units, large employee base and a business plan with corresponding advertising budget.  If you have a limited budget then wing it for a while and see how it goes.  A larger startup budget will allow you to speed through some early steps.
